I love hearing from visitors to my blog and listeners of my podcast!

The easiest, and quickest way to reach out to me is to follow me on Twitter and then send me a reply at @chriscducker. I will usually reply within a 24 hour period. Please Note: I do not check DM’s on Twitter.

If you have more of an in-depth question, and you don’t mind sharing it with the rest of the VBL Tribe (and my answer!), please feel free to post it on the VBL Facebook Page – I love helping out people through this medium whenever possible.

Blog / Podcast Comments

If you have a question relating to a post on VBL, or an episode of the VBL Podcast please comment on the post itself to keep everything relevant. Anything else you want to say on this, just tweet me!

Press / Interview Requests

If you’d like to interview me for your blog, podcast or video show, please email my assistant to schedule a date and time. I rarely say no – but, please do give an indication on the types of things you’d like to talk about and any further information.

Business Proposals / JV’s / Consultations

If you would like to discuss a business proposal, joint venture, or book a consultation session, simply email me directly, and I’ll usually get back to you personally within a 48-hour period.
