I’m a late-thirty-something entrepreneur, originally from London in the UK, but I’ve lived in the Philippines for the last 11 years.

I consider myself to be one of the luckiest guys on the planet and I truly love the lifestyle I live.

I own three companies, employ almost 300 people, have an awesome wife (who is also my best friend!) and three unbelievable children that are all the inspiration I need to hustle my ass off everyday, and make things happen! That’s them, to the right…

My Story

At the end of 2009 I sat down and figured that I was done working 14-hour days, six days a week. Sure, I loved my business and the focus of building it, but I was tired. In every way.

So, at the beginning of 2010 I put in place a one-year goal… I was going to become a full-time Virtual CEO by the end of the year, completely removing myself from my business on a day-to-day basis. In late December 2010, I achieved the goal. Not only that, but I launched another business toward the end of that year, Virtual Staff Finder.

I now work no more than 7-8 hours a day, and my work-week no longer includes Friday!

I spend more time than ever before with my family, enjoy working on more creative projects, and recently started my third company! All my businesses focus on helping entrepreneurs become more productive, financially successful and a hell of a lot happier with their lives.
