In a nutshell, the service was put together to bridge the outsourcing gap between entrepreneurs that want a hard working, experienced home-based VA, but one that is selected and ‘checked out’ in a more professional way, with the entrepreneur doing pretty much nothing in the process, accept making the final ‘hire’ decision.
I wanted to put together this quick post to be able to talk a little more about why I put this service together in the first place… To make a little extra money – yeah, sure, why not. But, the reasons behind it actually go a lot deeper than that.

Well, the thing is that I have spoken to a TON of entrepreneurs that all have horror stories in relation to the numerous job boards online, when looking and ‘finding’ VA’s.
We know our system works because we utilize it for our OWN business. And in an industry where the staffing turn-over ratio is an average of 37% per quarter, we only experience around 9% – so it works for us, and I know it will work for others, too.
We’re just putting that ‘system’ to use in a more individual way, for our clients on this new service.

Having someone keeping the engine running when youre away is paramount to consistently staying on top of things, so that when you get back from your traveling jaunts the ‘catch-up’ is minimal, if not non-existant!

I put this thing together to try and fill that ‘gap’ for people that wanted a home-based VA, but with the seriousness attached to finding them in regards to interviewing, testing, vetting and selecting the staff themselves. It’s extremely time consuming stuff.

Secondly, the VSF could be something a lot bigger, in terms of the way it is going to be marketed and ‘sold’, but, like I said in my VSF Intro video on the website – I miss those one-on-one collaborations, so we’re looking for quality, rather than quantity! From all angles.

I know of several ways to find VA’s.
But, based on experience, I think this is a brand new way, and having someone such as yourself, who really know whats they are talking about when it comes to outsourcing, I guess smart money says it will work out.
Quick question: How much do we actually pay a good home based VA?

You can pay a P/T VA anything from $180-$250 a month depending on the skill-sets they need. As for F/T, anything from $350-$500, again depending on their skill-sets, experience level, etc.
