Since the site went live last Friday, almost 80 people have download my free virtual assistant eBook. Not bad considering it was launched to a very small group of people on Twitter, and that was about it!!! So, if you have downloaded the eBook “Saving the Day, the Virtual Way” already, thank you. Sincerely. If you havent, and you’re back at the blog for a second or third time (or even if its just your first time!) what exactly are you waiting for? This is what the Virtual Business Lifestyle is all about. In my post on Tuesday, on outsourcing life, I go into working with VA’s a little, or more so, finding them. This eBook takes this subject a whole lot further.

Over 30 pages of content to enable you to take the next step in creating a lifestyle that you can become happy to boost about at lunch with buddies, on the gold course, or even at the ball game when your friends are tapping away on their blackberry’s instead of enjoying the live action! The book focuses on what it means to work with an outsourced, predominantly offshore Virtual Assistant and goes into great detail on the benefits involved in working with a VA, how to find them, as well as amongst other things, how to work with them. Here’s a rundown on the chapters:

  • Once Upon a Time in the Life of an Entrepreneur
  • Meet Your New Superhero – The Virtual Assistant
  • The Benefits of Working with a Full Time Virtual Assistant
  • How to Find Your Own Superhero Virtual Assistant
  • How to Work with Your Virtual Assistant to Maximize Productivity

How Do I Get My Copy!!!?

To get your own copy, just fill-up the form below and you’ll be reading all about it quicker than you can say ‘James Bond is too cool for school’ (or something just as irrelevant!). I wont go into much more detail here on the eBook’s content, except to say that if you aren’t already working with a VA already, the chances are you will HAVE to start, sooner or later, to make sure you don’t get left behind. Trust me – do NOT under-estimate the importance of having good, dependable support around you.

I hope you enjoy the eBook, and feel free to comment below (on any additional ideas, etc), too.

COMING TOMORROW – A video tour of my ‘Mobile Office’ – See EXACTLY what I bring with me when I travel to be able to continue to do business seamlessly! Don’t Miss it!!!!

If you liked this post, (and if you’ve already downloaded the eBook) please do leave a comment below – I love hearing from my readers, and reply to pretty much every one! You can also “Be Sweet and Retweet!” if you like, too. Thanks, everyone!

  1. This is a really good read. I downloaded it at the beginning of the week and really enjoyed it. Thank you Chris for putting together a really good resource guide for us ‘newbies’ out there.

    • @Billy – Thanks for the kind words and for coming on back to the blog to comment on your experience with the book. Remember, reading is one thing – now take a little bit of that new knowledge, add a dash of enthusiasm, and a butt load of ‘get the hell outta my way’, and catch the outsourcing bug for real. Hire a VA, and let us all know how it goes for you.

  2. I have been looking into hiring a VA for about a month now but have kept switching my plans and ideas on what they will do, etc.

This definately helped me out. Thank you.

One question though. What if I need a VA to also answer the phone from a customer service standpoint too. Is it acceptable to request something like this from a VA? Or do I need a seperate person (perhaps better phone skills, for example). Thanks.

    • @John – Thanks for the comment, and question. I’ve always said that a VA is exactly that. A virtual assistant. If your customer service requirements are a very important part of your business, and a serious part of your customer experience, I will definitely suggest you hire a customer service agent, or team.

If the inbound side of your business activities are relatively minimal, then a VA with a strong grasp of the English language could very well do the job well enough. As well as taking care of other admin and online related tasks, obviously. Think about it, and then make the right move for YOU. Good luck – luck us all know how it goes for you. Best, Chris

  3. A Virtual Assistant brings reliability, competence, creativity and other great characteristics to your business without the insane costs.

    • @Bob – Thanks for the comment. Indeed, VA’s are a great source of low-cost support. However, they are more than that, too – they help you GROW your business, which is even more invaluable than saving a few bucks.
